My neighbor used momentum to cut down some trees and grind some stumps. The owner of the company asked me to use my property and driveway to access the trees that need to be removed. They were very respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up after they were done.
Unprofessional. No communication. Waste of time. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I paid $75 for a tree trimming quote and tree risk assessment. I did not receive either of them. Mounir came to my house and looked at the trees that needed trimming and looked at the tree issues. After that, he never emailed me a quote. There has been no communication from Mounir. Just had 8 trees plus removed by Momentum Tree Experts, along with stump grinding. They are very professional and efficient in their work. They take great care is taking care of the surrounding area and put our neighbors at ease to know their property would be safe as well. Good communication and flexibility. I highly recommend them. Oh yeah, and priced much better than other companies. I would absolutely use them again!
Momentum Tree Experts is a fantastic company. The definition of professionalism. They are the most efficient, timely and hard working company I have used. They are also very reasonably priced when I compared quotes from other companies. From start to finish, they were top notch. Clean up was also impeccable. I will certainly be using Moe and his crew for my future tree needs. Thanks again.
They had me send them pictures of what I needed done and never got back with me. If you don't want to do the job, then just say that instead of leaving me hanging. Very unprofessional.
