My Mom has been placed in very poor housing conditions by Momentum. The bedbug infestation is out of control, there's spiders, cobwebs, and mold on the walls. Plus my poor mom is usually covered in pee. This is unacceptable! Thank God, the past few years she has been the healthiest and stable ever, but under these housing conditions and care, how can anyone get better!? Beware if you have to reschedule an appointment more than once. They will cut off your supply of medication. They will not care what effect going without medication has on you. You won't be able to be treated anywhere else, because any other place you go will not touch you with a ten-foot-pole out of fear of interfering with the might of Momentum. It's all good
In my search for the mental health awareness ribbon I call the Palo Alto branch asking them where I can find one. As it turns out they don't have any in the Palo Alto office but the San Jose office did. I tell her I will try to pick it up but she offers to have one sent to my home. I requested it yesterday and it already have it today. And she sent me 2. Above and beyond the call of duty in all aspects. Momentum has some extremely high-quality employees. Thanks Avery!!
