Fantastic place. From the young ladies in the front to the assistants to the doctor himself. First class, would recommend to anyone. I'm currently a patient receiving treatment a couple of times a week from an injury i received after being hit by an 18 wheeler. I have seen consistent results from the therapy. Even though my sessions are coming to a close, I'll continue to refer people to this practice as long as I know they're still there.

Ine of the best places I have ever been. Dr. Diaz helped get started on 3 very thing I needed to do when I was in an automobile accident. I might be a little sore when I leave but I feel so much better. And the massages are a plus.

Copy/Paste from what I put on my own FB page: I can finally say, for the first time in a DECADE being in-and-out of physical therapy, that I'm actually confident in my ability to get back into running regularly without fear of re-injuring my knees. I was able to push myself running today, something I haven't done in longer than I can remember. To give credit where credit is due, Robert at Momentum Chiropractic in Manassas/Manassas Park is a miracle. If anyone is anywhere near there, go see him. Seriously.
