NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO BMW WEST. I was in an accident on 3/6/08. It took the dealership 2 months to return my vehicle. THATS NOT IT. 1. I had to end up paying about \$700 for rental car fees due to the delay. 2. The front bumper they used was previously repaired in the middle and it deteriorated within 10 months of it being installed. 3. This one is a good one.
