Took my car, they did a horrible job and when I complained on Yelp they asked me to come back to fix the issue only to tell me they will no longer service my car due to the issue I caused due to my complaint on Yelp. I agree, this is one of the if not THE worst BMW dealership in Houston. First of all, it s really tough getting help from the sales department. They are all too busy sitting at their desks alone to be bothered. second of all, their service department is the WORST! They charge \$60 more for an oil change than Advantage BMW midtown. \$60. they re also very stingy with the loaner cars, so be prepared to wait or arrange a ride from family or a friend. I highly recommend Advantage BMW Midtown, they re probably the best BMW dealer... read more

DO NOT BUY A PRE-OWNED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The salesman here are crooks. My salesman, Dean, is a perfect example of a shark salesman that will lie to make a sale. Worst experience ever at a dealership. Take my word and do not purchase here because you will regret. I will never refer anyone to this dealership.
