This healthcare company assisted my elderly mom with assisted living in her house. Odette the manager came out to do a very good assessment of what was needed. There was no pressure from the company at all, and Odette was very friendly and helpful. They attended to my mom’s needs while assisting her live an independent life. It was reassuring have an assistant at my moms house. Their staff was very flexible and accommodating. We could add or adjust workdays for assisted living very easily. I highly recommend this company.
Hello. I normally do not post negative reviews but I feel that I need to get this said. My mother has been using Momentra since June of this year. Not all of the experience has been negative we have had a caregiver that has been professional and kind with her time & services. But as of late there have been too many scheduling conflicts.
