Called & came early, on a requested day, but forgot to clean the Cat tree,. Not our regular team.Left a cup & rag will give to them on next visit. Love our MOLLY MAIDS!
First of all, spoke to the owner from whom I received a quote for a one-time move-in job. the house was empty a couple of months, and had heavy dust build up on every service. when i emailed him (3 times) to set up the time, he never answered me. I then called someone else to set up a time, and after 3 visits, the job is still not finished. The quality manager even approved the 3rd visit. My Girls Brenda & Eva are the best they come on time do a great job and are realy nice They come in the Rain to and clean
They are very secure and make sure the cleaning is done to the standard that they would want if there house was being cleaned

I love molly maid. I've had them clean my house once a month for over 2 years. I've had the same team of two wonderful ladies for most of that time. They are reliable, fast, thorough, and always pleasant. I recommend them without hesitation.
