Hired Molly Maids of West Chester several years ago and not one time was everything on THEIR checklist done. They whip thru the house, sometimeis in 30 minutes, . I would go behind them after they left cleaning their missed items, upsetting my husband, so I began calling into the office to report what had been missed over and over again, the office always told me that they would send back the cleaners which I said no to because I work from home and it is disturbing enough to have them here once let alone having to come back.... read more
Molly maid did a great job cleaning our home. I have MS and can't clean like I used to. My husband takes care of the general needs like vaccuuming and dusting but I can't do the deep cleaning, Molly Maids is a life saver and it's wonderful to live in a clean house!
We've used them two times and have been disappointed both times. They do not appear to respect your property (dropping metal equipment onto and harming hardwood floors) They don't respect your time (show up late). For example, last time they gave us a window of 1PM-2:30PM and they showed up at 3PM and then proceeded to clean the house faster than any service ever has before (and missing several areas in the process) We don't feel they do a complete job, as they miss parts of areas they are supposed to clean and their service... read more
