I used to work for Molly Maids (North south and west) ********** manager is a total jerk and speaks badly about employees to other employees. And the Owner is inconsiderate and high on power. They take money out of our checks without notice and they dont pay overtime. We can work overtime but they wont pay up for it. ILLEGAL?

I hired Molly Maids for an initial cleaning and then a follow up service every 2 weeks. It has been nothing but horrifying. On the initial cleaning, there were numerous major issues that were missed. I took pictures and sent them in which the owner personally reviewed. I was told the owner was "horrified" and promised to get the situation rectified.
