0 stars. This cleaning was scheduled in the beginning of June to be completed at the end of June. We called the morning of our scheduled cleaning to confirm they were coming. They confirmed that “someone should be there be there within the hour”. Over an hour later no one had arrived. We called back and they forwarded our call to a woman named Paulette who I assume is responsible for our area of Bowie MD.
