Once again, Team #30, Leah and Cavandra, did an excellent job. The week had been an exceptionally challenging one, and coming a home to clean, wonderfully smelling house, set the tone for the weekend. Great job, ladies!!
They took 4 hours to clean a house under 1300 sq. ft. (1285 to be exact). The quote was between $196-$294 but the actual cost was $432.74. The day of the cleaning I received a call saying the cleaning crew needed another hour to finish and would I approve. I told them I would need to go to the home first. When arriving at the home, the house smelled good, but they had not started cleaning the kitchen yet, which is one of the main reasons for the cleaning in the first place, so I told them to go ahead. Do Not Use!! They overcharged by more than 100% of the agreed price without informing me. Then when called to discuss they falsely claimed they called to tell me of the overage. They were ONLY to clean the floor of small apartment (1100 Sq ft) and take some trash to the dumpster. They claimed it took 4 people to do this and charged $433! Ridiculous. Stay away from this dishonest company.

The construction job had left so much dust and the trash even included a toilet that we had to take down from a high level of the high-rise apartment. Y'all. I tried. I tried to be a housewife and a homemaker and it ain't me. It's also not Ryan, but that's okay because we know who we are as people. So we called Molly Maid and LET. ME. JUST. TELL. YOU. Worth every penny. The entire process was so easy. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and nice. They are now coming once a month because they did such a wonderful job.
They were amazing!! My house looked spectacular. I was amazed at the depth of cleaning they did all over the house, including light fixtures, base boards, doors, cabinets, appliances, etc. They even cleaned underneath and behind the refrigerator and stove. All my appliances (big and small), the countertops and faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms are shinny like new. They polished all my furniture. Washed the blinds and window, and waxed the floors. It was just the best feeling ever!!!
So impressed with their attention to detail! Would highly recommend!
