They were pretty good. They are expensive compared to the small no name companies, but they are quick, nice and do a good job. It was 3 hours of work with 2 people. The workers were very polite, and one of them worked especially hard to make sure she got the bathrooms really clean. The other one was just very sweet. She went about and did all the blinds and the things that you don't like to get to you like the baseboards and things like that. Molly Maid has the best prices, and best service. They are the only cleaning service that is licensed, bonded and insured. I know that because I interviewed half a dozen companies before I decided on Molly Maids. They are also the only service that does a background check on ALL the people that come to your home. They supervisor will stop in for a spot check, and the other companies don't do that. I hate housework

Friendly and professional service from the two ladies from Team 3 who came to clean my home. They were very thorough and organized in their cleaning methods.
We have used them consistently over time but I just started using them on a weekly basis. They are pretty good and if I ever have a complaint, they take my call and come back out and fix it. I like that they are a national chain and people are very familiar with them. Most of my friends who have used a maid service have used them. I have just signed up with them so yes, I will continue to use them.
I like how they work with my schedule and assigns ladies who are familiar with my house and operations.. The team that comes to my house are very trustworthy and will do special touches like folding towels and making decorative folds on the toilet paper roll.
The two women, Elena (and I forget the other women’s name) did a wonderful, thorough job, and were very efficient! Would recommend highly.
We have a regular service with them every two weeks. They're very reliable and thorough. It was a good service.
