I am incredibly disappointed with the service my mother received during her move-out cleaning today. She booked a three-hour clean for the upper level of her home, and it genuinely looks as if nothing was done. When the cleaning team arrived, one of the two cleaners was rude from the very beginning before ever entering the home. even ignoring my mother when she tried to speak to her at one point to check in on how the cleaning was going. Update: Pete of Molly Maids resolved the issue. Megan, Please forgive me ahead of time for daring to contact you on Thanksgiving as I know I would hate that myself. After our call yesterday I spent time digging into this and have long since let go of the employee that led to this whole problem here at your home with the cleaning.
