Horrible and they put a random pc on my profile and so far I was refused physicals. This company has so many low ratings but they still remain unaccountable. They seem to be ok with negative reviews.
They will purposely stall your scheduled medication so that you miss doses and they save money. Awful insurance company. I hate being a customer but I like my doctors.
Please run for the hills. The providers listed on Molina's website do not accept the insurance. Molina Healthcare lists the incorrect phone numbers for their providers. I have never been more frustrated with a health insurance company. The providers that do accept this insurance are unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly inept! You have been forewarned, this organization's operation and service is disgraceful.
