I love how friendly everyone is at the office :)
First, I will say that I was happy with the orthodontic care I had from Moles and Ferri while I had my braces. The process took just over a year to complete, which was great. But the 3 star rating is due to this: After my braces were removed, I had a bonded retainer installed. This retainer lasted just under a year and a half before it came completely undone. After going in to get it fixed, I can't really say I'm excited about the $145 office fee I was charged. Dr. Ferri did guarantee the replacement retainer for 1 year, but... read more
The office staff is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I love working with Dr. Moles and his staff!
Dr. Moles, Dr. Ferri and staff are so kind. I always looked forward to seeing them for my appointments. I just finished over a year of treatments. I'm extremely happy with the results. They have a great team at Moles & Ferri and I would refer anyone looking to transform their smile to go there.
