My inspector from MI&T did a very thorough job. What sets them apart from other inspection companies is its report. The report is meticulously detail with plenty of pictures.

Mold Inspection & Testing were great. One thing that stuck with me was when the inspector told me that he would inspect the house as if he was to inspect his children or grand children's home.
