I had a mold problem in my apt, the apt building management wanted to charge me a lot of money so I decided to look around. I found several different companies and got an estimate, MI&T gave me an affordable estimate and was very helpful, they answered every question I had so i decided to go with them. they did an amazing job the mold is gone and they fix my bath as well, it's like having a new one. i will definitely recommend them!
MI&T were incredibly knowledgeable, and were very efficient in their assessment of the property. He knew exactly what to look for, and was able to spot some problem areas even beyond those that we asked to have inspected. We got more than our money's worth, and more than we expected. VERY glad that we chose this company, and will recommend them to anyone.
As upsetting and awful my situation was, MI&T made me feel so much better about my problem. Will call back in the future!
