The actual inspection report was very detailed with great photos and instructions for how to make corrections. I had some follow up questions regarding cost of basic repairs and they responded right away.
The report was prepared within 48 hours as promised and were quite helpful, with pictures of each area that had a concern!
MI&T never made us feel rushed or "simple" for not understanding the complexities of mold. Eric, the other owner is very personable and is extremely complete. He educated us on how to avoid mold in the future.

They were prompt, honest, and I was able to contact them whenever I needed. Sometimes it was late at night, so out of respect I'd email them. I was surprised that they got back to me as soon as he did with it being late.
