MI&T is incredible, not only did he rescue my garage from mold he went well above and beyond in his service and professionalism. I can't recommend him enough!!!!!!!
I was freaking out because there was a bad odor in my bathrooms, so I was sure I had mold running rampant. I had visions of having to tear out bathrooms, laundry room ,etc. MI&T inspected every place possible for mold and discovered no moisture. The culprit, a dead rat in the space above my laundry room. I am so relieved. If I ever have a mold problem, I will definitely call MI&T for help.
