One of the things I like best about any company, including this one, is HOW they chose to RESOLVE those issues.
MI&T is honest, efficient, and knows the industry. We would use them again and have no problem recommending them in the future.
They've been very professional, and the owner obviously knows his stuff. They are very accommodating and seem good about doing what they say they will.
Appointment was set and followed through very fast, which with our short option period we needed it as quick as possible.
They are super professional and thorough. We've worked with MI&T twice, now, and not only do they explain everything in a highly detailed manner, but also takes the time to answer any pesky questions we might have.

MI&T is one of the most detail oriented companies I've ever booked. I can for sure say they were always responsive, gave us great advice, and a timely report.
We received our report with quality photos and notes by the next day. I even called our inspector with a follow up question and he made himself available and gave me good feedback. I will definitely use MI&T again if given the opportunity and will recommend them to family and friends.
Not only was this company incredibly thorough in the inspection and the report, but they also took time to explain every single issue to my husband and I so that we knew where everything was in the house.
