They were very informative and willing to answer all my questions I had!
MI&T and his crew did a great job with our home! They came out for an inspection and showed us where the mold was coming from and explained what needed to be done. MI&T did a fantastic job taking care of water damage in my laundry room. A neighbor's irrigation system had flooded the part of the room and destroyed the drywall. MI&T responded to my call promptly, made arrangements to visit fast and took care of the problem. After completing the project, the space was left immaculate. I selected MI&T based on Yelp reviews, and I'm glad that I did, and that I can add one more 5 star rating!
Seriously, one of the best experiences ever. The inspector came out to a home im buying in on a sunday, went above and beyond his duty. He is extremely knowledgable about the many systems that make up a house, he is friendly and personable but when its time to collect samples, he will tell you to not open doors or other things that will effect the test.
