They answer every phone call promptly and always returned my emails. We had multiple contacts before the inspection date and they made me feel as though I chose the right company from the start.
If you have concerns about any mold issue, this is the company to call. This was a very new issue for us and we were lucky to be referred to Mold Inspection & Testing.
They came out to my home when asked, and their rep did a very thorough, professional job and emailed the results that included not only the lab tests but photos.
Mold Inspection & Testing immediately put us to ease. They're very thorough, gave honest opinions, took their time to go through my home, and answered all of our questions. They also got us the report that same day.
What a pleasant and attentive group of people to work with. We had our inspection on-site & I asked for air quality check (which requires an equipment and in most cases you need to schedule that in advance). MI&T were well prepared for the just in case scenario!
Mold Inspection & Tesitng were so kind and great about explaining everything. They're happy to answer any questions or concerns and is VERY knowledgeable. My report was extremely thorough, educational and easy to read.
