There are some positive older reviews, but by now this number goes to Indoor Restore. You can see their reviews on Yelp to get an idea of their business practices. In our case they went through our home and called every spec of dirt "mold." They proposed expensive remediation that didn't seem warranted and when I asked clarifying questions it turned into a high pressure sales pitch. Highly recommend staying away, and if you want testing, contact a testing-only company.
They have a ton of 5 star reviews because they open accounts to review their company... Beware MI&T is unscrupulous, fraudulent and deceptive. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night! I'm not one to review and to be quite honest I'm embarrassed to say how much I was mislead to spend and the results came back as a sham. Our rental property had mold and Jack had someone out right away! The report was nice (a little long) but he explained it to me thoroughly. Got it handled and back on the market. Thank you for the great service!
Jack was reall great, he helped to get someone out on the same day for us because we had a water leak and our daughter is coming home whom is sick, we wanted to make sure that everything was okay before she got back. thankfully everything was ok in the house and we were able to get it figured out quick.
