We started our journey with the Mold Firm approximately 3yrs ago. This place is an absolute SCAM! After 7 months and $7,500 retainer fee Mr. Carson Jeffries did nothing but waste our time and money. He would take weeks to respond to emails and when he did it was just full of excuses. He took our case without carefully looking through our commercial lease. When it finally came to taking action he then came up with reasons why our lease would cause issues with taking legal action, something that should have been known prior to taking our case. Most likely they will ask you for a lot of information, waste your time- and then not represent you. I'd skip them.
Don’t EVER pay this place they are a SCAM. A waste of 2500 like how could yall play my family like that I have TWO UNDER TWO! When I contacted them for help I was pregnant and dealing with an apartment that was infested with mold I trusted them to help me and my family and they didn’t do anything but tell us someone would contact us after we paid them and that they would have a lawyer lined up for us to fight our case and THEY NEVER DID! I hope they go out of business or under investigation for FRAUD!
ZERO stars! SCAM ALERT!!! Do not call or try to use their services. They do not have any. Not lawyers. Not mold remediation. All of the paperwork used to dispute the transaction was from different companies and switched up addresses. No telephone numbers. All data was incorrect. Copy & paste company. Dealt with HANNAH
