Don’t EVER pay this place they are a SCAM. A waste of 2500 like how could yall play my family like that I have TWO UNDER TWO! When I contacted them for help I was pregnant and dealing with an apartment that was infested with mold I trusted them to help me and my family and they didn’t do anything but tell us someone would contact us after we paid them and that they would have a lawyer lined up for us to fight our case and THEY NEVER DID! I hope they go out of business or under investigation for FRAUD!
ZERO stars! SCAM ALERT!!! Do not call or try to use their services. They do not have any. Not lawyers. Not mold remediation. All of the paperwork used to dispute the transaction was from different companies and switched up addresses. No telephone numbers. All data was incorrect. Copy & paste company. Dealt with HANNAH
Even though I didn't call with a specific case I needed help with, Monique was so kind to take the time to educate me on how mold cases typically work and how horrible it is that so many people run into mold problems that the law cannot help remedy, even though their situations are dire and scary, leaving them feeling helpless.
