Jeremy of Mold Alert was highly knowledgeable and proficient in diagnosing a long-standing mold issue in my rental apartment. He was quick to respond, friendly, and went above and beyond by putting me in touch with mold remediators and giving me advice on how to proceed with my landlord on the issue. Jeremy really knows what he's doing. Everyone said I was crazy and losing my mind because I said I smelled something and they didn't. Jeremy came in and found a leak in my kitchen. He then did some air testing and a couple days later she calls me up with the results, yup I've got Mold. I'm so thankful for Jeremy. He set us up with a mold remediator and a company who built it all back for me, He seems very well connected. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, Jeremy is my guy for mold.
