Took excellent care and follow up after serious fractures and took the time to note other injuries. Also, took no offense that without my glasses to see who was talking to me, being unable to recognize her after saving my disc and pelvis. Long road to recovery but Thanks to her, I can walk it

In March 2021, Doctor Ranasinghe perform surgery on me. I have not been able to recover my strength in my legs and now losing strength in my arms. After surgery I had many changes in my body. I called Doctor Ranasinghe' s office on my occasions leaving messages with her answering service but never received a return call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Dr. Ranasinghe kept me waiting over 90 minutes for my first appointment only to find that she had not reviewed my record or otherwise prepared. At my second scheduled appointment, I waited for 2 hours before I had to leave for a meeting without seeing the doctor. (I was raised to believe that it is rude and inconsiderate not to keep appointments.) When pain management and physical therapy didn't work I started my search for a spine surgeon and went to Dr. Ranasinghe after being referred to her by two completely different people I talked with! I went to her downtown Los Angeles location and opted for surgery since all other avenues had been exhausted. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and well worth the wait!
