If you read this review, I plead with you to not use Moishes.I used Moishes to move-out and store my belongings while temporarily displaced during COVID. They offered free pick-up which I took advantage of.Upon empying my unit and later unpacking, I realized that Moishes had LOST a box containing highly sentimental items. I immediately reached out to attempt to find the box. MOISHES IS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!I specifically told the movers three items were extremely fragile porcelain and ceramic heirlooms from my mom who passed away. They proceeded to wrap a very expensive large Lladro, and two handmade ceramic pieces (a childhood cookie jar) and (a handmade high school senior project) in ACTUAL PAPER, NOT BUBBLE WRAP, NOTHING PROTECTIVE!My mom is gone forever and that's all I had of her and our memories:(NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!!!!!!!!

WARNING DON'T WORK WITH THESE MOVERS. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR FURNITURE GUARANTEED. IF YOU CONTACT THEM FOR A REFUND, THEY WILL TAKE FOREVER TO REPLY AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY SAY WE WILL PAY YOU 60 CENTS PER POUND FOR THE DAMGE. Like

I had the misfortune to use Moishe's Movers to move from NJ to Florida on May 22, 2020. They were contracted to move my expensive ********* chandelier and another chandelier in crates to protect from damage. This was not done and we were charged $700 for the crates. They said that they will refund the charge, but did not refund in spite of repeated attempts to contact the company and owner Boaz L*****t.. My husband and I moved from Jersey City to a town just outside of Trenton in February 2020. My husband had tried to reach the company multiples times by phone but never heard back so I sent an e-mail to 4 people within the company. Over a week went by and I still did not hear back, so I resent it. In short, every piece of significant wooden furniture we had was damaged, and some significantly so - bed, dresser, kitchen table, credenza, side table, shoe rack, etc. It was a heartbreaking experience. After several conversations, we were reimbursed only the amount to fix our dining room table, credenza & dresser. These quality, expensive items will never be the same again and other items simply remain damaged. SLIMEY THIEVES; CONTRACTS MEAN NOTHING TO THEM We had them move us in April 2018. In the processes they broke our $5,500 Calacatta marble dining table due to their own negligence and they refuse to reimburse us for the cost of the table. It broke when one of two trucks deliberately swerved into the other truck because the 1st driver was upset that the second truck tried to take the lead. I would give Moishe's Moving and Storage 5 stars. They just completed a move for me from New York to Florida. All my belongings arrived within the time frame they gave for delivery and nothing was lost. Michael Muccino and Isaac Kahan made the experience what it was. They were so helpful, and patient with me with all of my questions and concerns. They made me feel very comfortable using them and everything went well.
