Mike was the listing agent for a property I bought in the new SpurWing Acres development. He was always immediately available from day 1 through closing for anything and everything that came up. Every issue he had creative solutions to quickly resolve, and did a great job mediating between all parties. He also helped with many additional things like getting lawn & pool services, furniture etc. Easily the best agent I have ever worked with.
The Moir Group could not have taken better care of us and our home sale. The latter half of 2024 was a tough market and Mike and Robyn parlayed their knowledge of the market and the feedback from potential buyers and came up with a creative plan to get our house sold! Terrible people skills. They ignore people.
Robyn helped us in ways that only a skilled real estate agent could do. The buying and selling of our homes was tricky and complicated and at times super frustrating. Robyn navigated every twist and turn with professionalism, positivity and realistic expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable and is quick to respond when reaching out to her. I will definitely be using her again.
Working with Rachel was the best. As first time home buyers, she walked us through each step of the process, advocated for us, and we couldn’t have been more happy working with her!!
