Beware!!! I hired him to fix a gasket in our master bath toilet, which is in the very back of the house. He did the job fine, but in the process, he spilled a substance on the floor from the front door all the way through 5 rooms to the back of the house. Whatever it was, it left permanent purple marks on all the floors. Initially, he said that he would come back to clean it, but then ghosted us and didn't respond to four messages. He did more than needed and then ghosted me. The job was to remove one connector pipe between two solar water heater panels so our roofer could do some work in the area. Mr. Mohr removed one whole panel and two connector pipes unnecessarily. The when I called him to come back to replace the parts he failed to show up TWICE when he said he would be out.
