This place is horrid- completely no clue of what customer service is. The nail tech was too busy chatting and looking around that she was not paying attention at all to what she was doing. They rush through everything - don't push your cuticles, the hot towel smells! The polish they used was old, dry and had barely any left! This made the nails clumpy and too thick! I have been going to Mohegan Nail Spa for five years and have never had a bad experience. Every one is very professional and friendly. I look forward to going to get my nails done!
Went here because I was overdue for fresh shellac and my normal salon was full that night. My shellac chipped within 3 days on one thumb and it's been less than 2 weeks and is peeling on all my fingers now. Terrible quality. Will not be back.
