I went here and it used to be great. Totally disappointed.

My wife had an appointment (for over a week) before our wedding reception and photos. When she showed up for her appointment they told her they didn't have time to get her in. Really? What a total joke... Lousy customer service. With so many choices in the area, don't waste your time or $ here.
Customer service was good. Seems like the price was higher then I remember from the last time?
The techs are in such a hurry and do not pay attention to there work. No one asks if you are happy with the work or if everything is satisfactory. One of my nails got messed up while drying so a tech came and painted over it instead of removing the polish and re painting which left lines and bubbles then said he'd be back to apply a top coat and never did. There's a big gap between my nail and my skin as if I never if gotten a fill. Every time I've came to this salon I've left unhappy and unsatisfied as they only care about ... read more
