Dog waste is everywhere. The smell is so strong that you can’t even open your windows for fresh air. Despite multiple notices, residents do not clean up after their dogs and management does not enforce the rules. Additionally, the office secretary consistently has a bad attitude and is often away from the office for long periods of time. Communication is very poor. If you have children, do not move here. The yard is covered in dog poop and it is unsafe for kids to play outside.

I’ve been living here since 2015 and this place has just gone downhill they don’t care about the residence for the apartment. They don’t care to fix things. They don’t hire enough people for maintenance. They have one man working. Moved from Sandy lane to a WORST place. OC is very rude and unprofessional, refuse to help me with a different language (Translator) while the previous one were always willing to help. My car was damaged and Cameras not working since 3 years ago (told by police officers). Go somewhere else to live !!!!!!

That's one of the reasons why I won't apply for mohegan Commons. Too many roaches they don't seem to care about it. Otherwise, that issue would have been solved and done years ago. I can't believe that after all these years, they still have roach problems. yeah. I rather sleep in my car.
