I’m disappointed with my experience with Dr. Hashemi. After my first consultation, I was told my injury would heal on its own, but it later turned out I needed surgery for a dislocated fracture. Unfortunately, this delay contributed to a loss of range of motion. On a positive note, SCOI has been an excellent orthopedic provider in Bakersfield.
This office is very unprofessional. I have called several times throughout the week and when the staff picks up, they put you on hold without asking. It is upsetting that this provider runs an insufficient office and does not care about wait times in office and long hold times from the office staff. My daughter got her cast off almost a month ago and this office can't even return a call or follow up with patients if the injury was healed or not. They never answer the phone. Been trying to get ahold of them since the 20th of December. Now the phone doesn't ring just says their not available
