I ordered from here recently, happy to see there is finally a location close to me. What a mistake. I ordered a stack, a burrito, large sized queso, and waited about 25 minutes. I got everything I paid for, although the stack was falling apart. It's not from anything else being in the bag though, because I unpleasantly surprised to find out when I returned home with my big order of queso that I had about 12 tortilla chips across 2 bags of food. this was my first time to Moe's in maybe maybe 10 years. Not quite what I remember but still pretty good. This location is credit/ giftcard only. No cash. All ordering is via kiosk.
Bad food, they did not supply purchased sauces. Grubhub refunded me, food went into trash.
If you don’t want to pay an employee to take orders, and subsequently make patrons submit their orders on a computer screen, that’s fine by me. But, making the payment screen come up with a tip function where zero isn’t an option is WILD work especially when I had to submit the order myself. Do better
Notorious for closing early every time I come here around 730-740pm they are closed if you are gonna be closed please update your hours
