I placed an order online at 12:28pm got there at 12:45pm order was not ready. I got in line to get them to do my order as I waited 20 minutes the guy told me no she was working on orders no she was fixing orders for people waiting in line. 6 orders waiting to be made. I couldn’t get a refund she said loudly GOOGLE THE CORPORATE NUMBER. After spending 15 minutes more on the phone with corporate she said they are a franchise and had to do refunds in the store.
