Every time I come in here there is no tofu. Literally for the past month. Who is in charge here?

Oh man… they need to clean the stove . First client in and that thing is covered in burnt old pieces of food. Guacamole is definitely old, brown and from another day. In fact , all items look days old. Server just on Bluetooth phone. Can’t tell if he is talking to me, definitely can’t hear me when I tell him what I want.
