I went to pick up my food last night and not only was it ready 20 minutes after my pick up time it was inedible because of the three staff members who prepared the food. Two were wearing masks without fully covering their mouth and not covering their nose at all and the third was not wearing a mask or gloves despite packing our food into a bag and getting the cookie and apple juice the kids meal we had ordered. I was told at the store when I asked them to cancel my order (before preparing it) that Moes does not issue refunds... read more
I just left without a meal as I waited over 5 minutes without as much as a “welcome to Moes” despite being first in line with 4+ employees on the floor. I think you were busy with to go orders... But even just a hello would have gone a long way.
RecommendedWe love our Indian Trail Moe’s! The manager Dion is fabulous and always knows we come each Moe’s Monday and always has Tofu prepared for us when we arrive! Yum! 😋
