I love Moeller Dermatology! They have always worked with me on appointments. I love the PA's that I have seen over the years. Always friendly and caught a Basal cell that I didn't even realize I had. Thanks for all the great care!!

Great experience this morning at Moeller's. From the friendly greeting by the receptionist to Andrea who oversaw the Laser treatment for pre-cancer cells....our time there was good. Andrea's thorough explanation of what was being done and what would happen later was much appreciated. Andrea was a delightful young lady... caring but very professional. Thank you for making my experience so positive. Blessings
I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Curious why? A skin emergency? Figure out your scheduling.
I'd rate them a zero if I could. I've been a patient for almost ten years and will be finding a new dermatologist. I've had melanoma and go every six months for checkups. Went to my March appointment, checked in a few minutes early and waited 90 minutes past my scheduled appt time. Asked the receptionist what was going on and I was told there were seven patients in front of me waiting to see dr moeller. I was so fed up, at that point that I just asked to be rescheduled. Something is going on here as employees are continuing to leave. Worse off is even long standing customers who have existing appts set up are not being put into new slots, leaving us with a next appt date of over 15 months. Not good practice. They should be looking at patients who have been told because of past procedures they need to be checked every 6 months or sooner and make sure they get worked in
