Wow. This place is incredible. All of the employees and management are always so kind and hardworking. They all go above and beyond to make sure your car is super clean! This place really turned around for the better with new management. The employees seem so much happier! The owner should know they are extremely lucky to have a crew like this. Please anyone looking to wash their car do NOT hesitate to come here. It is worth every penny! I got myself the Modwash membership!
Clearly a change in management. This place officilly lost my business. Bring back the original management. I live in the apartments close by and I'd rather drive further to their competition.
Missed a big spot in back of car
They will not accept the valid coupon for the free carwash due to no longer doing business with the vendor. A complimentary car wash was not even offered due to the inconvenience.
I had a coupon for a free car wash that they could no longer accept because people were abusing it by signing up for multiple coupons. Not a big deal, a business gotta do what they gotta do. But they could texted that info or even prevented the link from working. They even sent me multiple text messages to remind me to use the coupon. It just felt shady to me so I decided to back out instead of going through the car wash.
