I had a great experience with Sapphire and Andrew. They were very helpful when I had an issue with some foam on the roof of my truck, and they took care of it right away. They always do their job well and make sure everything is done properly. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer service.
SCAM!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I signed up for the premium package car wash at $31 and was told they would charge my card every month at $38 each month. I was charged $48. Mistakes happen. I drove to the wash the very next day and spoke with a "keyholder" that said they raised their prices?!!? Modwash gave me no notification! No chance to cancel because I would NEVER have agreed to almost $50 a month for this mediocre car wash! There is another down the street that is cheaper and my wife says better! Love the floor mat cleaner
This one specifically horrible I have gone 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times I have been denied service by the same lady . The first time denied because my car was to “low” 2cd time I go in our truck no problem the lady who denied service was not there that day I guess. Then for my 3rd time I go in my truck again I just wanted to use the vacuum but they don’t have an option for just a vacuum So I bought the cheapest wash so I could use the the vacuum afterwards.
