I'll give it a star for the okay customer service, but this wash was awful. Living so close to ModWash, I was really hoping it would be worth it. I paid about $15 for the basic wash&wax. After I went through, my car was still covered with bugs at the front grill, the windows had smears, and there were droplets of soap or wax on my windshield that didn't get fully rinsed off. Car was very clean. Great section for vacuums, towels, mat cleaners and window cleaner. Love this car wash.
The staff is very friendly and the car wash is great. They also have very powerful vacuums compared to other places.
Wow. This place is incredible. All of the employees and management are always so kind and hardworking. They all go above and beyond to make sure your car is super clean! This place really turned around for the better with new management. The employees seem so much happier! The owner should know they are extremely lucky to have a crew like this. Please anyone looking to wash their car do NOT hesitate to come here. It is worth every penny! I got myself the Modwash membership!
Clearly a change in management. This place officilly lost my business. Bring back the original management. I live in the apartments close by and I'd rather drive further to their competition.
