Overall, Andrew and Eric demonstrated excellent customer service skills during my visit. They went above and beyond by being patient and understanding when I needed extra time to finish cleaning my car. Their efforts were greatly appreciated, especially on a holiday like Christmas Eve. Andrew also did a great job of convincing me to sign up for a membership, which I am now glad I did. Despite the time, Eric remained patient and allowed me to finish without interruption. Thank you both for your exceptional service!

thank god that one girl from months ago is gone, everyone there is very nice and now i got a membership!
I had a great experience with Sapphire and Andrew. They were very helpful when I had an issue with some foam on the roof of my truck, and they took care of it right away. They always do their job well and make sure everything is done properly. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer service.
SCAM!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I signed up for the premium package car wash at $31 and was told they would charge my card every month at $38 each month. I was charged $48. Mistakes happen. I drove to the wash the very next day and spoke with a "keyholder" that said they raised their prices?!!? Modwash gave me no notification! No chance to cancel because I would NEVER have agreed to almost $50 a month for this mediocre car wash! There is another down the street that is cheaper and my wife says better!
