DO NOT USE!!!!! I had a warranty with A O Smith for my hot water heater. We called Modleys and they said they accept the Auth code for the diagnosis labor. It took several days of phone tag with Troy to get them to come out. He finally scheduled, then rescheduled. When he sent his technicians, out they were on my property for MAYBE a total of 30 minutes, and that's being generous, just to tell me the hot water heater needed replaced. There is just So much for me to be Thankful for ! I am working on my 17 yrs as an employee they helped me out with a place to live . We all work hard to help everyone on every job business and residential . I'm Glad to make this post wish everyone Good health
My neighbor just had her son pass away, called these guys to put in a hot water tank for her. They came to the house, left to go get the tank, and lunch, they told her this. This was right after they got to her house. They were gone near three hours, and spent most of their day standing in her driveway talking. They were asked to put a pan under the tank, which they didn’t do, so they had to be asked again.
