Got my hair cut last week at Halo. I was downtown for a lunch meeting and just stumbled upon the place because I needed a haircut. Best hair cutting experience of my life. Awesome people who treat you like a regular, even if you're a first timer. I live in Martinez and unfortunately don't go downtown that much but I'll be visiting Halo once a month!

They say that you are supposed to get a 10% discount if you book in advance but then you get their and they say you do not have an appointment. This has happened twice, both times I booked in advance drove all the way from Evans just to be told I don't have a appointment. The last time I had spoke with someone from Halo 3 days before and stated that I still won't to come. This is bad customer service but I guess that does not matter.
