Switched my direct deposit a week before my payday. Payday came, and I don't have a check. Was told it was mailed and I would get it Saturday. 4 days now with no paycheck. This means, to me, that nothing was actually sent out on time. No offers to make this right or compensate for being flat broke for 4 days and wasting my weekend. If you need a job and you know you're a great employee, call Modis....if you are in Los Angeles, ask for Kofi.
The worst agency to work with. Trust us when we say this. You do not want to work for a agency who don't return any phone calls. Don't process your hours on time when need be. And don't get back to you or respond to emails when clearly they sent you one. I been going back and forth with these ppl for two weeks now about my last pay check. I need to speak with someone about this immediately.
I went to pick up my stuff from Volkswagen and all but two things out of my office supplies are gone as is my entire emergency hypoglycemia stash. That's why companies should not allow other people to clean out your desk. Also Modis is refusing to honor their policies and pay me for the two days of PTO they owe me. This company absolutely us the worst. No pay when promised. Filing a complaint with labor board and BBB. They cause my car payment and insurance to bounce. I will tell everyone I know never to use them. May be if enough people complain they will get a hint. Because my next step is lawsuit. Oh and I failed to give the line below that. They had the nerve to ask for W2 and think this was an ok practice. I can not wait for Tuesday.
