Terribly rude recruiters. Modis/Adecco should know that their recruiters are the face of their company. As long as they employee people like Sharmila Das, they will have problems.
I worked for the MPS Group from 2002 to 2010 left and came back to Modis under Adecco in 2015. Overall I have had nothing but positive experiences since my return. Like all major corporations you have your ups and downs however, I truly believe leadership listens.
Horrible, horrible management. Corporate is what’s wrong with this company and the trickle down to the branches. Ignores the talent that brings in the money. They put management in place that has no experience nor success in doing what the people that are actually in production do, meaning the IT contractors, the recruiters and the sales people who are successful despite the worst management in the industry!!!
