I bought my high-end washing machine from their K Street store and LOVE it. I saved over $400 because of a tiny little scratch. I also got my new dishwasher from their McHenry Store - it's very quiet and my dishes are now super clean. Love the staff - very friendly and knowledgeable. Would not go anywhere else. The best place to get appliances! They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to match me with the perfect kitchen appliances and their installers were able to set them up quickly. I have not had any problems with the items that I got but I am sure they would be quick to respond if I needed anything. Great company run by great people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Planning on calling the Better Business Bureau. These are corrupt people if you buy anything from them even if it is delivered not working they absolutely will not let you return anything. Don’t trust them!!!!
We are thrilled with our Wolf cooktop. Perry Harrington and his crew did a wonderful job installing a new gas line and the new cooktop. No mess, no fuss. They modified the counter top and the pull out drawers and installed the cooktop and fan perfectly in our kitchen. Hi Sandra, Direct Appliance does not sell over the counter parts. Nor do we ship them. All parts ordered through are store are high-quality OEM parts through our service technicians who provide in-home service, not over the counter sales. If you called the store with a part number we would have referred you online or to a third-party 1-800 parts number (as you seem to have done.) If you called for a drain hose (which is used for a washer), we stock KITS for those for installs - and may have offered you one of those as a cour... read more
