RecommendedBought a new Bosch 300 series from Direct Appliance and I love it! Had I gone to Costco or Home Depot I would have never gotten the service that I got at Direct Appliance. I’ve kind of been enjoying to laid and empty it now. Everything is organized, the silverware is so organized and easy to put away. We can even do a half load. Thank you Direct Appliance.
My girlfriend bought an entire kitchen full of appliances and they agreed to hold it until she needed it installed. She decided to change her gas range location in the kitchen and she asked if she could cancel her $700 range fan and hood. They told her that it was over 30 days and they would not do it. She has not picked up anything yet. Seems a bit wrong for them to do that

Horrible customer service, no returned phone calls, lack of communication and higher priced than the competitors. Be careful and make sure they deliver your appliances boxed. They tried to deliver a floor model range after I had paid for a new one. We rejected the floor model as it had dents and was scratched. I will NEVER use direct appliance again.

I had my flooring done by Direct Appliance and I would highly recommend them. First of all, they had a huge selection to choose from, and I found a vinyl unlike the ones at the other stores, it had a mixture of browns, grays, and beige...so it matches with all of my furniture and kitchen.
