RecommendedAmazing products, very helpful staff that are concerned about customer service not just the sale. We recently bought a washer/dryer and the sales/installation team went above and beyond expectations. Today we made a MAJOR investment in a range/exhaust hood and we feel really good about what we’re getting. We will be shopping here first for other needs in the future. You may find something cheaper, but I don’t think you will find a better value

I buy all of my appliances from direct appliance. Friendly service, great prices and financing.
Just when I give up.. I called direct appliance in Modesto I called and they came out the same day and the technician was really nice ...super helpful he broke everything down for me and show me what I needed to do and what I need to get .. The technician really was helpful it was really great.. I was so amazed how he broke everything down... a so can I just say thank you so much for taking the time to come over and for helping me get my washer machine back... thank you thank you thank you!!
