Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. If you have an appointment your wait is minimal., if no app.you can have a long wait. People have to remember they have to fit you in depending on the kind of x ray you are getting. As far as the bathrooms, they don't have someone there to clean every time someone uses it. A lot of people go through there every day. Going without an app. Is like going to the emergency room. Just be patient.
I have always been treated with kindness and respect. The wait time varies but I'm glad to say that I've not waited for more than an hour.
