Both the receptionist and the mammogram tech. were very professprofessional and kind and respectful.
First of all they got ME in on a Saturday!! I didn't have to wait a couple, days, a week or a month!! I was scheduled within a day!! YES, A DAY!! On my way to my appointment, on Saturday I got held up in construction. I was 10 min late and they didn't give me any problems. I filled out a couple forms and waited about 10 minutes and was called back!!!! The Tech who helped ME in back was amazing! She was very Caring, great listener and had the best bed side manners!! The front desk gals were wonderful. They were on time so I was in and out very quickly. I always have a great experience there.
The staff is friendly and helpful and the techs are very professional and friendly. Even though I wasn't thrilled about having a CT scan she put my mind at ease and made it pleasant experience.
Dennis was very caring. explained everything and professional. felt comfortable that the scan was done right.
I went in for an Annual mammogram. The staff here are great. They are very helpful and friendly. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes.
