Hello there, my complaint is not about the staff but the Center. The second I walked in the building I senced an overwhelming presence of FEAR. While sitting- all there is to see is information about prevention of cancers etc. and media News....information is good however when someone comes in who could possibly have cancer, they are in need of HOPE. There is NOTHING in the building to escape to that reflects hope....the walls are bare and the hallways make you feel like you're trapped in a maze. There is no glimpses of Hope... read more
