Had to go in for an X-ray and didn’t have an appointment. My wait time was only 15 before the technician took me back. In and out in 25 minutes. Staff was very friendly.
I can’t say I loved it but Maribel was friendly, kind and professional for the MRI. It is clean and efficient. Short wait times
Back X-rays for both my husband and myself. Organized staff. Quick check in. Five minute wait (no appts for X-rays). Films were ready within moments. Courteous and friendly staff.
I walked in and there was a room full of people and I thought this was going to take hours. But nope! US imaging handled everything prior to my appointment and I was in and out within 15 minutes.
It is a great place to go to.. They have a fantastic very friendly staff and are professional and courteous.. I have been there several times and love the way they treat you .. Everyone is always smiling and they say hi to you and goodbye to you and have a nice day ..
Had an MRI. Was in and out in 27 mins. Not even time to complete my paperwork, she did that with me while I undressed. Although I absolutely hate MRI's this one was quick!
Only because I use a cane and their elevator was out of order. Instead of letting me know when I first checked in so they could give me the option of rescheduling they didn't say anything and expected me to climb two flights of stairs. I did and am now paying the pain price. I thought it was very unprofessional. They said it had been out since last week which means they knew ahead of time!!
Nothing but the best at this place. Dennis is an absolute angel. I have the worse veins ever and he always sticks me on the first try! Thank you for being such a friendly establishment!
I got excellent service. It didn't take to long And the result for my x rays where send promptly to my doctors office. The clerk was really nice and so was the X-ray tech
